Description - Getting started on your journey to deliver the latest in marketing techniques begins with making an application. The steps outlined below assist in getting a completed application form to Clubs ALIVE! so you can begin to build your new mobile app.
Note The Software Agreement below is required to be filled in and returned once you have read the License Agreement and the Terms and Conditions which will have been sent to you. The software Agreement is for the Initial Software Integration, Software License and Software License Term.
Step 1 - You can also download the Software Agreement here.
Step 2 - You can complete all fields while the document is visible on your screen or print the form and complete it by hand
Step 3 - Print the form and make sure an authorised representative of your Club signs where indicated
Step 4 - Fax or scan the completed form to Clubs ALIVE! as per the instructions on the form and return to firstname.lastname@example.org
Step 5 - Clubs ALIVE! will send an invoice representing the deposit amount to the email address entered on the form. As soon as payment is received by Clubs ALIVE! and confirmed, we will create your App Management Portal login and respond to you with full details on how to get logged in to begin building your app
Tip: Building your app can take some time. There are things to do such as creating logos, buttons, splash screens, branding and uploading member data which all takes time. The sooner you get your login the sooner you can get started.
