Description - This section of the App Management Portal is used for managing the Club details. In this section of the App Management Portal, you will enter Basic Information including Club website address, Facebook ID, new user promotions and information about your Club.
Step 1 - Login to your App Management Portal at http://cloud.clubsalive.com.au using the credentials provided by the Clubs ALIVE! Support Team
Step 2 - Click Manage Club Details
Step 3 - Enter details including full Club name, Website address and Facebook ID (See KBxxxx: Create a Facebook ID for details about how to create your Facebook ID)
** Your App ID & Flurry ID will be provided to you by the Clubs ALIVE! Support Team.
** Your Integration / Connecor Address will be provided to you by the Clubs ALIVE! Support team
Step 4 - Enter details about your Birthday Promotion, including a title, promotional text and a graphic. Keep the Promo Text to just a few lines and upload an image that you want all members to see on their Birthday. Remember, better images = better results and a better looking app.
Step 5 - Enter details about your New User Promotion, including a title, promotional text and a graphic. This might be something like a complimentary beer, wine or soft drink just for downloading the app to their phone.
Step 6 - Enter a description about your Club and upload a suitable image from your PC
Step 7 - Click Save to save the details entered
Congratulations! You have just completed your first major task. Your new app will engage your members if you include good quality images. We strongly suggest to upload the very best images you have. It's time to move onto the next section - Managing Locations.
Tip: Images can be changed at any time - getting all of your images ready before you start saves many hours along the way!
